Westminster Club Honors Students

On December 2, 2008 the Westminster Kiwanis honored Students of the month from Winters Mills High School at the Wakefield Valley Golf and Conference Center. Honored from left to right were Charles Hawkins, he was introduced by Ms Lesch for his consistent success in the Science Academy. Amanda Simensky was nominated for recognition as a result for commitment and musical talents by Mrs. Stoetzer of the instrumental music department. Eli Seligman was recognized for outstanding accomplishments by Mr. Fernandez of the Foreign Language Academy.
Each of the students presented individual stories that demonstrated their ability to balance academics and extracurricular activities. Kiwanian Nancy Stocksdale introduced our speaker for the evening Mr. Jerry Brundt who presented a program on the real estate assessment process.
