My Key Leader Experience

My Key Leader experience was truly amazing!  I honestly went into it thinking I wouldn't have a good time, but I was extremely wrong.  I came out with several good friends, a better knowledge of what being a leader is, and team building skills I will be able to use in the future.  Being a Lieutenant Governor in Key Club, leadership skills are very important and attending Key Leader taught me numerous skills and techniques that I didn't already know.  I thought I was a good leader going into Key Leader Weekend, but now I KNOW I am a great leader after leaving Key Leader.
 
There will be two Spring 2011 Key Leader weekends – April 15-17, 2011 - Williamsburg, Virginia AND May 13-15, 2011 - Millersville, Maryland. Registration will open in January 2011 for both of these events. Kiwanis Clubs should begin identifying students in November-December (if not sooner).
