Resisterstown Club Mans Phones, Holds Golf Tournament

The Kiwanis Club of Reisterstown helped man the phones for Maryland Pulic TV fundraiser. We went as a group on Sunday March 15, 2009. We wanted to show our support for Maryland Pubic Television. We had 17 members and spouses gather from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Shown in picture is back row Jim Lichty, Ed Guy, Jerry DeBar and Tim Hontz, Front row was Don Moore, Jan Dudey and Don Dudey, This is a fund raiser for Maryland Public Television so they can stay on the air. This is one way to show what the Kiwanis Club if all about. Giving to the community and showing our support.

Also on May 2, 2009, The Kiwanis Club of Reisterstown will be having its 2nd annual Paper Shredding Event at the Cherryvale Shopping Center in Reisterstown. We are inviting anyone who has documents, tax papers, etc. that need to be shredded to come and do so. There is no charge for this event.

On June 5, 2009, is the Kiwanis Club of Reisterstown 18th annual Golf Outing to be held at the South Hills Golf Course in Hanover, PA. Registration and light lunch at 12:00noon, Shotgun start at 1:00pm and Dinner and Awards at 5:00 p.m. We are looking for golfers and sponsors. Here is the flyer.
