Jacob Oster is Div 22 Teen of the Year

Jacob Oster, a senior at Patuxent High School in Calvert County, Maryland, was selected to receive the Division 22 Teenager of the Year Award.

Division 22 Teenager of the Year Chair and TOY chair of the Kiwanis Club of Calvert County, Jenny Plummer-Welker, announced the TOY award at the May 7 Division 22 Robert A. Heier Service Leadership Program Appreciation Night.

On June 23, Jacob and his family attended the Calvert County Club's meeting. Jenny presented the club's award and Division 22 Lt. Governor Kelley Jennings presented the vision award, which included a check for $250. Pictured is Division 22 LTG Kelley presenting awards to Jacob.
