Bring a Book: Literacy Project at Nashville International Convention

by Gov. Tom Ganse

Led by the Florida District, several Districts will be bringing children's books to Nashville at the upcoming International Convention, in support of literacy projects for children. As a District that includes part of Appalachia, this is a natural fit for Capital.

I am personally asking that every delegate and attendee consider bringing at least one children's book with them to Nashville where the books will be collected for distribution to the service areas. Please note - if you identify your contribution as coming from the Capital District, it will be earmarked for a literacy project within the Capital District.

Thank you for considering this worthwhile project, and feel free to spread the word through every channel.
