Together Time program is sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Tabb as one of the Priority One programs for young children. Together Time in Poquoson library was initiated in September, 2008 with approximately 15 families participating. It is for moms and kiddos through age 5 spending quality time together every Monday in the library from 11am to 12:30pm. Each session, we start off with songs & finger plays, read a book together, and then share ideas on a "Topic of the Day". We also have periodic speakers, new learning activities, time to play, and a place to spend time with others who are sharing similar parenting experiences. We ask parents/ caregivers to make a play date with your young one to share and learn in your local library.
