Letter from PLG Deborah Ann in South Africa

Dear Dave,

I was an active member of Capital District and am still a Life Member of Kiwanis International. Could you please let everyone know that my friend and husband, Peter Buchan, passed away 28 April after 7 days in ICU fighting lung failure. If anyone wants to honour him, donations to the Capital District or their individual clubs would be greatly appreciated. I will be staying in South Africa as it is my home but will visit the USA every 3 years or so to catch up.
