Governor-elect Candidate

In accordance with the Capital District Policy Statements, qualified members who have filed their intention of being a candidate for the office of Governor-elect may have their candidacy announced District wide beginning on the second Friday in January.

The Kiwanis club of Fairfax, Virginia, supported by all of the clubs of Division Twenty, has presented Carolyn Richar as a candidate for the office of Governor-elect of the Capital District for the 2011-2012 Administrative year.
