Reisterstown Club Helps Nature Center

On Thursday, April 14, 2011, our club participated in the building of this bridge at the Irvine Nature Center. Thanks to the Kiwanis Club of Reisterstown , the bridge was completed in about 7 hours. The Irvine Nature Center paid for the cost of materials and we supplied the man hours and tools for the work. The bridge will be popular in this children's play area and education center. There were about 20 small children and they were all anxious to get onto the bridge as we were building it. For Kiwanis One Day on April 2, the Kiwanis club of Reisterstown, Key Club and Builders Clubs participated in the Project Clean Stream. This was also at the Irvine Nature Center.
