Ducky Derby Campaign

Now that the very successful regional conferences are now a memory, it time to concentrate on our annual Ducky Derby Campaign.

The Ducky Derby, which is growing in popularity, has the potential of providing over $50,000 annually to the seven pediatric trauma centers. If every Kiwanian in the District bought just one ticket, the goal would be achieved. Tickets have been distributed to you by way of your CDKF Trustees and we suggest you send in your contribution as soon as possible. Tickets, however, will be sold until the day of the Ducky Derby which will be held during the August DCON to be held in Williamsburg, Virginia.

In addition, each Division is asked to contribute prizes (preferably gift certificates or cash) to help enhance sales.

Finally, we remind each Kiwanian that you are the lifeblood of the Capital District Kiwanis Foundation. It is only with your active participation and support that we can achieve our goal.
