Make Baby Blankets for the ELIMINATE Project!

by Jennifer Wolff, First Lady

Do you know how to knit or crochet? Would you like to? Well here is a service project that many can participate in to raise money for the Eliminate Project. Capital District First Lady Jennifer Wolff is collecting hand-made baby items, including blankets, hats, and booties. She will be opening an Etsy Shop to sell these items, and all proceeds will go to the Eliminate Project. Etsy is an e-commerce website for selling handmade and vintage items.

How can you get involved? Easy!

1 - Get your needles out and start making blankets! Most baby blankets are 30" X 40".

2 - Get your SLPs involved! Offer to come to a meeting and teach the students how to make their own blankets. Everyone is looking at ways to help the Eliminate Project, and this is an excellent hands-on way that the students can participate.

Please mail all baby items to Jennifer Wolff, 14034 Rose Lodge Place, Chantilly, VA 20151. For questions, please email her at administrator@cdcki.org.
