Pictured: Books for Breakfast - The Kiwanis Club of Tabb presented a check of $500 to Poquoson Public library to provide books to children who eat breakfast at Poquoson schools. This is the 5th year Tabb Kiwanis Club has partnered with Poquoson Library in this early literacy program. The library staff visit the schools in February and in May to provide these students with story hours, book talks and free award-winning books to keep. The members of Tabb Kiwanis Club held their 4th Super Pancake Breakfast fund raising event at Tabb Elementary School on February 5. Funds were raised to benefit Tabb Elementary School and our community. Attached picture was taken at the event. Becoming a member of TKC, please call 766-7931. Thanks.
