Just Another Day for the Kiwanis Club of Poquoson

At a recelt regular breakfast meeting, the club welcomed 10 members from two other clubs in the district, and listened to club member Raymond Wright show pictures of wind tunnel engineering then and now, 1966 and 2006. Club president Michael Condrey and member Jack Moran presented donation checks to two home-town organizations, Helping Hands of Poquoson ($1,000) and the Poquoson Museum ($500). After the meeting, 10 members of the club organized and cooked hot dog meals for 175 children and parents for the Poquoson Public Library's annual Summer Reading Program picnic.
