Grafton Kiwanis Club Helps Salvation Army

Members of the Grafton Kiwanis Club went to the aid of the Salvation Army December 6, helping assemble and prepare bicycles to be distributed during the holidays. Eight club members, with help from two members of the Peninsula Bicycling Association, inflated tires, tweaked brakes and adjusted saddles on 37 bikes for the Salvation Army's Angel Tree program. Kiwanis workers included: Mary & Gary Boxer, Rob Elsass, Kathy Everhart, Bill Monroe Charlie Park, Lee Roberts and Tom Tragle. PBA members Ron Hafer and Lou DeGrace helped. (Monroe, Park and the Boxers are also PBA members)
