Club Aids Children

In September, The Kiwanis
Club of LaPlata participated in a project headed up
by the Century 21 New Millennium office in LaPlata
and Children's Aid Society of Charles County. Members,
Donna Avery and Judi Gorney, shopped for school supplies
that the Children's Aid Society requested. Then Donna
and Judi dropped off several boxes of supplies to the
Century 21 office. From there, the supplies were distributed
during the first week of school to area children who
were in need of the various supplies collected. Shown:
