Mercury 64 Club Presents $4K Scholarship

On July 14, the Kiwanis Club of Mercury 64 presented a $4000 scholarship ($1000/year for 4 years) to Benjamin Richardson. Ben graduated from Kecoughtan High School in June and will attend the University of Virginia this fall. Ben earned a number of honors at Kecoughtan including the Math and Spanish Honor Societies, Outstanding Psychology Student, and the Academic Honor Roll. Ben also held leadership positions in several school clubs and sports teams and was a Boys State Mayor in 2009.
